Oldage Home

Our Christian duty is take care of old people and all the needy and deserted people. This is what our scripture says. In America, there are many options to take care of the senior citizens or the old people and government provides many benefits for them.

But in India, due to poverty and neglect of children to take care of their old parents, the old people have no where to go. By the burden of Sister.Rathinam, she started an old age home called Trinity Old Age Home in Hyderebad, India. Although her family members were not very encouraging the love of God, enabled her to started the home. And now Jesus Family Ministry is supporting their needs on a monthly basis.
Each of the old people in the home has a story. Some are from poor families. And some are from rich families, but the children whom the parents struggled to bring to good positions, forsake them when they are old and when they need them the most. Many of the old people do not want to go back to their own homes as they were ill treated there. The love of Christ abides with them all.
